Crescenda Announces the Sale of New Albion Surveys, Inc.
Minneapolis, Minnesota – Crescenda Merger & Acquisition Advisors announced today that its client, New Albion Surveys, Inc. was acquired by Fremont-Wright, LLC headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since 1991, New Albion has been serving clients in northern California from their office in the heart of Napa Valley. They are a midsize land surveying and planning firm with a talented and experienced staff. According to New Albion President and Owner, Jon Webb, "After 30 great years running Albion and working with so many wonderful people, it is time to retire." Jon added, “Crescenda found an excellent buyer who will continue the operation and give great opportunities to this exceptional group of employees. Fremont-Wright is a strong company and is owned by SouthWorth Capital Management who has the resources to continue building on the success I was able to achieve."
