Crescenda announces the sale of Countryside Refrigeration & Heating, Inc.
Minneapolis, Minnesota – Crescenda Merger & Acquisition Advisors announced that its client, Countryside Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. was acquired by Quality Heating and Air Conditioning based in Shakopee, MN and owned by Bryan and Rebecca Nash.
Countryside Refrigeration & Heating (CRH) was founded by Stanley Defries in 1964. Since then, CRH has grown to become one of the highest quality and most respected HVAC companies in southern Minnesota. Beverly Defries joined CRH in 1988 as Office Manager and has handled the administrative duties out of their company’s office and service center located in North Mankato, MN.
Countryside has established relationships with manufacturers of the most energy efficient, reliable and most well regarded brands in HVAC including American Standard, Mitsubishi, Aprilaire and Coleman. In addition to traditional HVAC services of installation and maintenance, CRH also sells, installs, and maintains commercial refrigeration systems for walk-in, cold and freezer storage as well as reach-in coolers. In addition to the manufacturers CRH represents, they can also repair and service most other systems. Countryside services residential and commercial clients with a professional team that is meticulous about getting the job right the first time to prevent future avoidable visits.
