Crescenda Announces the Sale of Mark-It Graphics
Minneapolis, Minnesota – Crescenda Merger & Acquisition Advisors announced that its client, Thelen Graphics, Inc. d/b/a Mark-It Graphics was acquired by Modernistic, Inc.
Founded in 1965, Mark-It Graphics (MIG) was acquired by Andy Thelen in 2000. Since then, MIG has grown to become one of the highest quality large-format specialty graphics printing and plastic fabricators in the Midwest providing retailers with in-store signage and displays. Mr. Thelen has continually invested in the latest state-of-the-art technology and in 2003 moved production to a specially designed 70,000 square foot plant in Osceola, WI. The company’s office headquarters was located in the Twin Cities. Since the 2000 acquisition, MIG has added and retained numerous blue-chip clients.
